Workspaces

A workspace is where your files and apps live together. You can think of it as a self-contained project, with its own files, apps, members, and storage. Create as many as you like: one for work, one for personal notes, one per team.

Switching workspaces

Click the workspace name at the top of the sidebar to open the workspace picker. You'll see all workspaces you're a member of. Click one to switch to it.

Storage

Each workspace has a storage quota. The current usage is visible in Settings > General. Storage is consumed by your text files and installed app assets.

Roles

Workspaces have two roles:

• Admin. Full access: manage files, settings, members, and apps. The workspace creator is always an admin.
• Member. Can view and edit files and use installed apps, but cannot change workspace settings or manage members.

Deleting a workspace

Admins can delete a workspace from Settings > General. This permanently removes all files, app data, and configuration. This action cannot be undone.
