Questions

What is a member?
Anyone in your Organization. You are the first member; add teammates at $8/member. Storage is pooled, so every member adds 25 GB to the shared allowance.
What is a guest?
Someone you invite to a single workspace. Guests are free, capped at 10 per workspace, see only that workspace, and cannot own workspaces. Inviting a guest never adds a paid member.
What happens if I cancel?
Your workspaces drop to local-only. Every file stays plaintext on your disk, fully editable, and exportable. You can re-enable sync any time.
How much storage do I get?
25 GB per member, pooled across all the workspaces your Organization owns. Individual files can be up to 100 MB. Reach out if you need more.
Can you read my synced data?
No. Sync is end-to-end encrypted: your files and their names are encrypted on your device before they upload, and the keys stay with you and the people you invite. Our servers store ciphertext they cannot read. One consequence to know: if you lose both your passphrase and your recovery key, we cannot recover your synced data for you, so keep the recovery key somewhere safe.
Is there a free way to try it?
Yes. The desktop app and a browser sandbox are free to use; you only pay for sync (cross-device access, collaboration, and durable cloud storage).
